Agency command center. Aggregate wellbeing signals, roster and resource controls — never any member's content.
Wellness figures are suppressed for any group under five members. Leadership never sees a
journal, a message, a peer conversation, or any individual's scores — that guarantee is
structural, not a setting.

What this dashboard will never show
✕ Any individual journal, reflection, or message
✕ The content of any peer support conversation
✕ Any one person's wellness, stress, or sleep score
✕ Who opened a peer support request ✓ Aggregates only, suppressed under
5 contributors — written into your agreement.
Team stress trend — avg post-call check-in (1–10)
Gaps are the k-floor working: a week where fewer than 5 members checked in reports nothing, by design.
Check-in attach rate by week
Share of logged calls carrying a voluntary post-call check-in. Falling attach usually
comes before falling wellbeing — it means people stopped telling you.
Mood distribution — journal check-ins
Stress bands — post-call check-ins
Journaling participation
Members who journaled at least once in the window. Participation is the health of the
habit — every score on this page only means something while this stays high.
High-impact flag response
—
median time to acknowledge
—
acknowledged within 48 hours
—
still open after 7 days
How a flag works: when a member marks a call high-impact, a flag opens and your
peer supporters get a signal-only ping — never the call, never the content. It becomes
acknowledged when a supporter picks it up and reaches out, and closed when the follow-up
is done. These three numbers are the health of that loop: if the median creeps up or flags sit open
past a week, the peer team needs more hands.
Peer support utilization
—
peer conversations opened
—
opened anonymously
—
conversations per supporter
Counts only — never who, never a word of any conversation. A healthy anonymous share
means people trust the door; conversations-per-supporter tells you when to grow the team.
How suppression protects your people
Every wellbeing number on this page is an aggregate over at least
5 contributing members — per window, per week, and per
station. Below that floor the number is withheld entirely, so a small group can never be
reverse-read. Adoption runs on trust; this is what keeps it.

Admins and supervisors are governance roles — they never gain access to anyone's content.
Peer supporters receive high-impact flags so someone can check in. The owner seat is managed by AfterCall.
Onboard new members with the join code on the Settings tab.
Your crisis resources in the app
These render in every member's app — in the agency workspace and the crisis support screen —
above the national resources. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline always shows and can never be removed or replaced.

Workspace & channels
Channels are private feeds inside your workspace — stations, shifts, committees, peer team
coordination. Members see them in the app under Communities. Deleting a channel deletes its posts.
Create a channel
Members of the channel can open a private,
optionally anonymous conversation with its peer supporters.

Roster join code

One code, day-one belonging: a member enters it in AfterCall (Profile → Join your agency)
and their seat activates instantly. Rotating kills the old code immediately.

The agreement, in one card
Wellness reporting is aggregate-only on every plan · groups under five are suppressed · alerts carry the
signal, never the content · a member who leaves keeps their own history · members can leave the workspace at
any time · nothing in AfterCall may be used in discipline, promotion, assignment, or fitness-for-duty.
