For EMS agencies

Nobody decides to seek support. They decide to close out a call.

AfterCall Teams puts your peer support team, your crisis line, and a private agency workspace inside the app your crews already open — and gives leadership the signals they've never had, without ever seeing anyone's content.

The live leadership dashboard — illustrative figures, never individual data.

You don't need another wellness resource.
You need one your crews will actually open.

Almost every agency already offers something. Almost nobody uses it — because traditional support asks a provider to recognize they're struggling, raise their hand, and ask. AfterCall meets them earlier: a medic opens it to log a call, and the check-in, the reflection, and peer support are already on that screen.

Two minutes at the end of a run.
Before the next tone drops.

Nothing changes about running the call. Log it in 8 steps — typed, spoken, or pasted from CAD — get a plain-language summary, check in on how it landed, and reach a peer supporter if the call warrants it. This is a journal, not a chart: no ePCR integration, no patient identifiers, PHI screening on every share.

🏠

A private agency workspace

Invite-only room for your roster: station channels, de-identified call sharing behind a five-layer PHI screen, and crew messaging the agency never sees.

🤝

Your peer supporters, by name

Your trained peer support team in every pocket, with availability — reachable anonymously if a provider would rather. Not our helpline. Yours.

📞

Your crisis line, one tap

Your number and after-hours routing sit in the app — beside the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, present on every plan and never replaced.

The full paid product, per seat

On Teams Pro every seat gets everything an individual subscriber gets — AfterCall AI, voice and CAD logging, PDF export, 12-month history — automatically, no store purchase.

🔒

Theirs when they leave

A member who leaves keeps their entire history — calls, journals, shifts, badges. The seat ends; their account stays theirs.

Your crews have always carried the signals.
Now you can see the patterns.

Every chart below ships in the leadership dashboard today, generated by people doing their job — no survey to send, no response rate to chase. Aggregate-only on every plan; any group under five members is suppressed automatically.

Team stress trend

Average post-call check-in (1–10), by week. The gap is the privacy floor working — under five contributors, nothing reports.

Check-in attach rate

Share of logged calls carrying a voluntary check-in — the adoption number no other wellness line-item can show you.

High-impact flags & peer support

Flags raised and peer conversations opened, by week. Counts and trends — never the person, never the call.
High-impact flagsPeer conversations

Acuity mix & operations

What your people are actually running — acuity mix, top call categories, and per-station activity, from the same two-minute habit.
When a call is flagged high-impactWhat they see
Peer supporterThe flag routes to your designated peer supporters so someone can check in.
SupervisorThat a flag exists. Never its content, never the journal.
LeadershipThe count and the trend. Never the person.
EscalationFollows your own critical incident policy, configured at onboarding. Not one we impose.

Charts show representative figures, not live customer data. Leadership also gets full self-serve controls: roster and roles, peer supporter assignments, station groupings, crisis resources that update in every member's app instantly, private channels, join-code management, and billing. The Wellness Score is a wellbeing signal, not a clinical instrument.

If your crews don't trust it,
none of the rest happens.

Adoption is the whole product, and adoption runs on trust. Every guarantee below is written into the agreement, not the brochure — and enforced in the database, not in policy.

The agency never sees

  • Any individual journal entry or reflection
  • The content of any peer support conversation
  • Direct messages between crew members
  • Any one person's wellness, stress, or sleep score
  • Who opened a peer support request

What is always true

  • Wellness reporting is aggregate-only, on every plan
  • Groups under five members are suppressed
  • Alerts carry the signal, never the content
  • A member who leaves keeps their own history
  • Members can leave the workspace at any time

AfterCall is not an ePCR and not a patient record system. It does not write into ESO, ImageTrend, or Zoll, and no patient identifier is retained — every share passes a five-layer PHI screen with a signed attestation. Nothing in AfterCall may be used in discipline, promotion, assignment, or a fitness-for-duty determination; we will sign that alongside your labor group. AfterCall is designed to keep PHI out and therefore a BAA is not currently necessary; SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap and not in place today — we'd rather tell you exactly where each item stands than imply otherwise.

$1.15 a week to support the person behind the uniform.

Per person, billed annually. Ten-person minimum. Volume discounts apply automatically, and purchase orders and checks are accepted — which matters for municipal and parish buyers.

An individual pays $59.99 a year for AfterCall Pro; Teams Pro provides the identical product per seat, plus the agency layer. SSO, SCIM, ePCR integration, and a BAA are Command roadmap items — timing is a plan, not a commitment, and anything you're counting on goes in the agreement.

Ninety days. One station. Then decide with your own data.

Full Teams Pro from day one.

AfterCall Teams is new. We have adoption data and we do not have outcome data — so rather than borrow someone else's numbers and dress them as ours, we'd rather generate yours. We agree on what to measure before it starts:

  • 30, 60, and 90-day active rate against seats deployed
  • Post-call check-in attach rate, and whether it holds at week twelve
  • High-impact flags raised and peer support conversations opened
  • A ten-question crew survey at day zero and day ninety
